Standard

For shipping within Germany, we charge flat-rate shipping costs, regardless of the size and weight of the shipment. The dispatch takes place exclusively as an insured DHL package. As soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive a tracking number and a link to track the shipment via email. Goods that are in stock will usually be sent to you on the same day, if you place your order by 12 p.m.

Express

We offer DHL Express for all deliveries within Germany. Orders received by 3 p.m. will be shipped the same day. Delivery is then guaranteed on the following working day by 12 noon. No delivery on Saturdays**, Sundays and public holidays.

**Please note. Saturday delivery is a chargeable additional service from DHL Express and is currently not available as a selection in the shop. If delivery on Saturday is necessary, please contact our support in advance and we will find a solution.

Standard International

Shipping to other EU countries and countries outside the EU is carried out by DHL regardless of size and weight and is charged at a flat rate. Deliveries to countries outside the EU may incur customs duties and taxes. The responsible customs office will provide you with more information on the possible costs.
